The DHHS Community Care Units at South Morang consist of 6 purpose-built accommodation units over 2 storeys and an administration/office area. The units provide clinical care and rehabilitation services in a house-like environment for DHHS patients. Sectight has been engaged by the Builder, SJ Higgins, to provide all electrical services for this project including:
- Electrical systems with UPS and electrical pillars and sub-boards
- Underground and trenching works
- Lighting systems including public and apartment lighting, emergency and exit lighting
- Telecommuncation services
- NBN System
- Intercom systems with security and lift interface
- Fire detection system with occupancy warning
- Comprehensive security system consisting of intruder detection, access control, CCTV and duress systems.
